[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve now had the washtower for a week and it’s gotten plenty of use.
It looks sleek and works well. Having the controls in the middle is great for accessibility.
My only three complaints (so far) are:
1. The dry detect function has left bedding damp in the middle. Just need to untangle it and run a little longer.
2. The glass is tinted and I can’t really see inside during the wash. It would be great to be able to hit a button to turn the light on during a wash.
3. I wish there was a soak function.

Our first four or five loads washed and dried perfectly but then the dryer would not heat up which was rather disappointing. But the good news is LG's online chat determined that we needed a service call and they scheduled it for us within two business days with a local repair service. The repairman arrived on time and was competent and efficient. He replaced a defective igniter with a brand new one and had us up and running within an hour. It works perfectly again. We love how it looks, how it cleans and dries and that it is so very quiet. We're very happy with our purchase.

Very user friendly. My only setback is that I cannot download extra settings because it does not support 5g. I also cannot turn off the turbo wash. The machines themselves are spacious and work wonderful.
