[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Big sexy that’s what we call her the big sexy well I like everything about it except I think the light on the inside of the washer and the dryer should stay on longer I go in there to get my clothes out and it seems like it goes off real quickly and I’m not sure yet how to keep the light on while you’re using the washer in the dryer when you’re unloading your clothes out of the dryer my space is in a closet it’s tall so it blocks my light so it’s really helpful that the washer and dryer the drums both light up very nice feature I haven’t use the download feature yet so I can’t tell you about those yet I wish the alarm that told you when your load is done was a little bit louder on the machine because I’ve been in the kitchen and I haven’t been able to hear that it has finished but the light does stay on when the load is done but soon as you open the door and you know pull a couple of things out it goes off so I would like for the light to stay on and tell you you know shut the door or we could push the button it may do this I just don’t know everything about the machine yet but I love my purchase I hope that it works properly for many many years because it was quite costly so I hope that LG makes a good quality product and that it will last as long as my other machine which was still working but I gave to my brother

I have had this hooked up and going for 2 months now. It is so easy to use and will fit in a smaller space. But it is the same size as the other washer I have. Love the turbo wash, 4.5 capacity, and liked I could get it in gas. Most of all controls are at waist high and very easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The feature that really sealed the deal for us on the WashTower is the central control panel in the middle of the machine, which makes it so much more accessible than other models where the controls are separated and the dry controls are at the top. We also love the flat doors, which help keep our narrow walkway clear. Most front-loaders seem to have bulky bubble windows--these are much sleeker. We were concerned at first that the options in the control panel would be too overwhelming, but the menu is really easy to use. We've also been impressed with the sensors in the machines can determine how much time needs to be added to the dryer cycles.

I do like the basic functions but have been unable to hook it up to wifi, so can't connect to the app. This was really my only option based on space, so it's fine. I wish I could get better support to troubleshoot wifi issues.
