[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a homeowner for about 18 years now and have gone through our fair share of washers and dryers. As a mom to a pre-teen girl who plays sports and a contractor husband, we constantly have laundry. We don’t just have laundry either. We have stained, muddy, greasy, and stinky laundry. THIS IS HANDS-DOWN THE BEST WASHER AND DRYER I HAVE EVER OWNED. We do roughly 10-12 loads a week and I have not been disappointed yet. I was a bit leery about purchasing LG, but after a house fire, we needed all new appliances including washer and dryers. We did our research and just kept coming back to this unit for size, price, look, and features. Upon installing it, I realized we’ve been missing out in life. The front load cleans like a charm and does not have that old stinky musty smell like other front loaders. I see that the rubber piece around the door actually has built in holes and I think the washer actually washes it in the cycle. The LED light is a huge plus for me too because we placed this as a built in to a small closet under our stairs, but in our bedroom so I can do a load while the husband is asleep and I don’t have to turn the closet or room lights on. I’m obsessed! All this talk about the washer and I haven’t even mentioned the dryer. I have never had a dryer that has dried my clothing or kept my clothing smelling this good. We’ve had all the big brands before and honestly, this one really works! The wrinkle function is keys to keeping my husbands tshirt collection looking awesome.
Bravo LG! We purchased 2 units. One for our bedroom and one for our up stairs closet for our daughter to do her own laundry. Waiting for the husband to install that one, but for now, we’ve been using this for roughly 10 weeks and have been super happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG will not deliver your product for months. I ordered my unit in July and their delivery partner will not contact me. Anytime I contact LG, they are unable to help me with my order and anytime I contact the delivery partner, they say they need to receive the product from LG. This is immensely frustrating and I highly recommend no one purchase from LG.

Better than expected!

Our family said “no more steps”.. well we didn’t like that very much! We are in our 80’s and healthy but we did it and couldn’t be happier. Both washer and dryer run smoothly and hum quietly. Minimum water and drying time. So very pleased!

Huge capacity and much quieter

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace an old unit in a very small space, and this was the only device which fit within my (very tight) constraints and matched the capacity of the older unit.
Once I got it though, it does far more than I expected (went from three to two loads at a time) and it is so much quieter than my old unit.
I highly recommend.

My laundry center is only eight months old and the touch panel on my washer is malfunctioning. I’m very disappointed because I really love the idea behind the laundry center. It fits in my laundry room area perfectly. I’ve contacted LG and now I’m waiting for a local repair person to repair my washer. I am not sure how long the repair process will take, parts may need to be ordered. Not very happy with the quality and dependability of this product and I will not buy another LG product.
