[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Adds about one quart of water the whole wash cycle I use very little soap. One tablespoon ..and the soap never comes out. I add 3 extra rinses and it still has soap in it. No matter the size of the load

It's been a long time coming, but we finally got this new washer/dryer unit and it is a huge improvement over our old unit - quieter, bigger drum, cheerful music at the end of the cycle.
The only drawback is the dryer sometimes leaves things a bit damp, but we're still figuring out the setting.

10 weeks old and dryer will not ignite on normal dry setting. Will ignite on some others but not all !! I was warned not to buy LG ,should have listened !

I bought this few weeks ago and the difference in how it urns to our previous traditional model is huge. Since it automatically can sense the load size, it is water efficient and its upgraded features also help you conserve soap. Additionally, prior to this purchase, we always had to close the laundry room door because the washer and dry were so loud. Now we can barely hear it. The cloths comes out nice, clean, fresh and sweet smelling. We like it makes music when its completes the process. And now we have more space for our pet in the laundry room. We love our LG Washtower

I catch the wife operating the appliance from her phone and laughing because I’m old fashioned and like to use the control panel. The machine has not had one hiccup at all and fit our application perfectly, and moving the washer to the second floor out side the master bedroom it is a very quite and solid machine, It’s our new Mercedes parked up stairs.
