We bought our LG wash tower when we started our remodel in the fall of 2022 and just got it installed in May of 2023, so we have been waiting a while to put it through it's paces. We like it a lot and it washes and dries as well as we had imagined it would. Looks great, performs great. We will see how it does in the long run and how LG responds if there are any problems. Would recommend this product at this point.

We are older but LG made it very easy to understand. After the first wash and dry we were experts on using and understanding the controls. We also like how fast a normal wash takes compared to our old (Bosch). After 2 weeks we really like the LG Washtower. Thanks for a great product.
