[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased so far with the purchase. I needed to save space while maintaining the functionality. The Washtower has fit the bill with great capacity in half the space. And it saves water! On a low producing well and have had no issues doing multiple loads of laundry. And it’s quiet as can be. The only hiccup was getting converted to LP gas from natural gas. Took a time to get someone out to make that change so dryer sat for a couple weeks. There should be an option to have this done prior to delivery regardless of where purchased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After doing some research, I chose the LG tower to replace a 25 yr old Frigidaire frontload stack. The LG has the features I want, fits in the same space with no alterations needed, and is a top-rated brand for reliability. Also, it's gorgeous!

Its intelligent and customizable settings allows unique options for all of your laundry needs. This unit has surpassed out expectations and its centralized control's makes it a smarter choice. Having other washers snd dryers over the years holds no comparison to our LG Washtower. Its truly an awesome innovation in the industry. I recommend that you give this unit your attention FIRST before looking at any other! After owning one for the past few months, I can't say enough about it except you don't onow what your missing until you get one of these!!

I purchased an LG washer/dryer on the 4 January 2023. The appliance was delivered and installed in my place on the same day by the seller. I reviewed the user manual of the washer/dryer before starting to use it to familiarize my self with its features. And have been using it since then. The LG washer/dryer performed very well in comparison to my old washer/dryer. The new appliance has very nice features including the ability to connect to the WI-FI and remotely communicate with it to perform certain actions. So far, I am pleased with it and satisfied with the purchase. Once I have further development I will update this review.

Purchased the washer tower to replace a stacked washer and dryer. Couldn’t be happier. Clothing comes out actually smelling clean! For my 5’4” frame, having the controls in the middle of the two machines is perfect! I also love that the LG app expands the features for both the washer and dryer. The only downside is my old washer had a feature that would keep the clothes fresh after the cycle had finished. This washing machine only allows you to select the fresh care in the app, not on the machine itself which is very inconvenient.
