[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After years of washing at laundromats, where clothes got clean, now with this Washtower they get clean to a new, much higher level; yes it’s noticeable.
When in operation, it is so comparatively quiet, that I can take a nap within 10 feet. Plus the ending chime is a very nice bonus feature. Serves its purpose and gets the job done in the nicest, most pleasant way possible.
A bit of a learning curb (took a while to find Tub Clean under Bedding), but nothing major. Very happy and grateful I pulled-the-trigger on this well-designed and built LG machine.

I bought these about a month ago. I had trouble at first, the washing machine on the spin cycle was vibrating so violently it was moving the machine out of its original spot. I thought it had a defect or something in the drum and wasn't set correctly...come to find out there are shipping bolts in the back of the machine. Remove those! Works brilliantly now, super quiet especially if you have a laundry room with a door. If not, they are still pretty dang quiet. Dryer is quieter than the washer in my opinion, but both are super quick and gets laundry done faster than any past machines I've had. Super cool features as well like when you use too much detergent it'll run a cycle that gets rid of all the extra suds that can hurt your machine.

It’s the only stackable I could find that has center controls, which was very important to me since I am only 5,2” tall and reaching above a dryer to access controls was too difficult and dangerous if Inhad to use a step stool. I also love the many cycle options and it even handles my heaviest bedding without shaking. It’s cleaning and drying everything perfectly. And I love that both the dryer and washer have a nice sounding chime to alert me when it’s done. My old laundry had an angry buzz sound! It’s the little things…
