[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the best washer/dryer combo I've ever owned. Unlike separate units that are stacked, this is a single unit with shared control logic. The dryer knows what you just washed so it adjusts automatically to dry the load. And it uses so little detergent and water but gets everything really clean. So it's good for the environment and for your energy budget.

Fit my existing Landry space. It is not quite and there are lots of water remaining inside the washer after used. I drain it and open the door for hours to prevent mold.
One control panel for both washer and dryer means when one broke, both needs to be replaced.

We bought our LG wash tower when we started our remodel in the fall of 2022 and just got it installed in May of 2023, so we have been waiting a while to put it through it's paces. We like it a lot and it washes and dries as well as we had imagined it would. Looks great, performs great. We will see how it does in the long run and how LG responds if there are any problems. Would recommend this product at this point.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had the machine for two weeks. First front load and first stackable we’ve owned. Since we modify almost all default settings, it has taken some getting used to (we like cold water wash and light heating dry), but it gets the job done in less time and better than our old top load set by another maker. Very quiet; no agitator, which tore things and always got unbalanced on the old machine, so no babysitting needed. Drys better when sort by size and fabric like the manual says, but sometimes needs a second (timed dry) pass. Fits well physically in our older house. Energy efficient also. Well made, built to last. Wish the drum lights were automatic for loading and unloading, but overall great —- very pleased. First LG appliance also.

I love how quiet this machine is. Even the timer when the cycle is over I actually look for my phone lol. It is quick and everything comes out so nice and clean. I will never go back to a top load water again. This thing is wonderful. I had such a hard time finding something to fit in my laundry room because it was small and a main water line ran right in front of the washer. But this is perfect for tight spaces. If you look on the left bottom you can see the water line they put in :)

No delay wash function

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work nights and used the delay wash function in my previous LG washers so that the cycle would end when i woke up. This model has no delay function. I am so disappointed
