Good Features Just One Major Flaw

We purchased this unit because it fit the specific space where we were looking to put our washer and dryer. All of the features work as advertised and our clothes come great. Our only complaint is that the dryer doesn't seal and water leaks into the control panel.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We did a major remodel in our kitchen & laundry area. We had a side/side washer/gas dryer. We now have the LG Wash Tower. It takes up half the amount of space. The washer is on the bottom & dryer is on the top. They are both full size tubs. The controls are in the middle. VERY HANDY location. With my old machine I would have to do an extre rinse on our dark colors. It looked like maybe the wash cycles didn’t have enough water to get all the soap off the clothes. I DO NOT have that problem any more. I have NO REGRETS about getting this wash tower. Now I have room for a storage cabinet. Happy Customer.

I could not say more about this because only one month pass but its very uniq ans Wi-Fi work also big loading than my old one. I also had LG before. You can save lots of space too but only one thing is too heavy if you have to move other place

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG makes the best washer and best dryer on the market and this laundry tower is an amazing innovation, well designed and integrated. It created space in the laundry room by having the same floor foot print as a washer and the dryer is a convenient height. When the washer completes the cycle the dryer takes the washer settings and suggests a dry cycle. I purchase this for our other home about year ago and it has been reliable and quiet. The wifi connection makes managing cycles easy and the iPhone alert you get when it completes is great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we decided to move our laundry from the basement to the first floor, we thought we'd have to choose either side-by-side machines or the small, ugly over/under units we had seen. Stackable units weren't an option, because the dryer is too far off the floor; a stool would be needed to reach deep into the dryer, and even to reach the controls. The WashTower was a surprise! With a vertically central control panel, operating either machine is easy; the dryer is low enough that we can reach the back; the capacity is greater than the units we replaced; and it looks good, too! The decision was made easier by comments from friends who had WashTowers; all of them told us how much they loved them.
The only downside is that the smart features may not work with all wi-fi systems. At the moment, it seems the smart features aren't essential, so we're using the basic functions available on the control panel.
If you're going to use the steam dry feature, you need four hoses.
Although we've had it for only a short time, the WashTower is impressive, and works well.

We just bought this about 2 weeks ago and it is great!!! Have the displays in the middle make it awesome for someone how is only 5’ 2. I am still able to to get the cloths from the dryer very easily
