Good, not great

The door ice dispenser is painfully slow in releasing ice. It also scatters ice around.

We'd like to help out with the slow ice production and it not dispersing cleanly.
If this is a new installation, having little food or no food in the fresh food or freezer sections may slow down the production of ice. A greater food load in the refrigerator allows temperatures to remain more stable. You will also want to check for any restriction in the water supply line. This can also cause the ice to disperse wildly.
A self-piercing saddle valve may cause this type of restriction. Occasionally, shutting the saddle valve all the way off and then back on can re-open the pierced hole in the copper tubing. Beautiful sleek look!

the look is second to none! my wife and I are finishing up a remodel and chose all new cafe appliances. We love them! the fridge especially is sleek, clean and the inside configuration is wonderful. My wife really likes the back lite surface as well as the snack drawer. We love it and can’t wait to use it for years to come.

Ice Maker is only downside

Refrigerator is very eloquent looking, however from a functional standpoint, the ice maker is not very efficient as it has a low capacity tray and makes smaller cubes unlike traditional size. Additionally, the ice takes forever to fill a cup or water bottle. Also, be aware the refrigerator only has front levelers, none on the rear of unit. Our installers were even surprised. Considering the cost, it is somewhat disappointing.

The only reasons why I do not say great are because: 1) I have had it for only 3 weeks and 2) It does not have a lot of capacity for large beverage containers as the very tall space needed takes away from shorter shelving. My space was limited height wise.

Great fridge!!

Love the way the refridgerator looks and is laid out on the inside. The sensing feature for the water refill is awesome. My only complaint is that the green film that covers the outside during transit did not all get torn off, so there are little lines of green in some places along the edges. I have tried getting them off the best I can, but it looks like it is there to stay.
