Smooth lines and Sleek Appearance

Alrhough its not even a week old, we really like the thoughtful design and features. They layout us excellent for a counter depth model. Love not having handles to increase space. Great interior layout, fantastic Illumination and finally, no plastic tray to collect mineral deposits when using the water dispenser.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We had a few key criteria in mind when purchasing this refrigerator. French doors, vegetable drawers that did not require both doors to be opened for access, a middle convertible pull drawer that could be used as a freezer or refrigerator, and external water and ice dispenser, were chief among them. It also needed to fit in our current space and "go" with the rest of our appliances. So far it's been great. It's a very pretty piece to look at, it's quite, holds temperatures much more consistently than the unit we replaced and the middle convertible drawer is exactly what we were hoping it'd be. Hopefully it'll be trouble free for years to come.

We love everything about this counter depth fridge! It’s spacious, holds more food than I imagined it would; unique space saving design. The backlighting is awesome for finding things. The middle convertible drawer is extremely versatile. The freezer drawer has such an amazing use of space, from the tilt out shelf on the door itself, to the pizza tray, this freezer is awesome! And I love the glass doors. We get the look of stainless, but the ease of cleaning with the glass. Highly recommend.

Very large freezer capacity. Lighting attractive. Enjoy the convertible door use. Refrigerator capacity okay (was used to more), but shelves on left door very shallow. Right door needs to be consciously closed to ensure seal.

Been living out of ice chest for almost 4 months

No! No! No! Brand new. Broken. Been living out of an ice chest for almost 4 months because of “backordered parts”. They have been out to fix my fridge 3 times and im waiting on 4th visit scheduled for next week. Do not waste your money on this “high end” fridge unless you have high wualaty ice chests to libe out of when it breaks and never gets repaired.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
