Nice Frig!

We ordered this model (bottom freezer 4 door refrigerator (model CXE22DM5PCS5)) for it's glass covered SS sleek look and ease of cleaning. This replaced a side by side model which we will continue to use as a back up frig. I was concerned with loosing space with a 4 door model but pleasantly surprised with the amount of space still available after refilling the frig. The design and look of the interior is slick. The door shelves are large and sturdy. Overall, beautiful product!
I did find a couple fine scratches in the interior frig walls, probably occurred in factory shelf instillation - not really noticeable after filling the frig. There was a little excess insulation foam that leaked down on the front right leveling leg which made it a hassle to lower the leg in leveling.
Delivery and installation had a couple issues. Delivery team didn't have a fitting to attach the water line to the copper supply line and had to make a second visit to complete install. Installer was a little rushed and did not level frig, which I completed.
Overall though, I am very please so far with this fine product.

Sleek looking - not so good performance

Brand new refrigerator and ice maker didn’t work. GE came out and diagnosed. Needs two fans and a mother board. Not a good start for a premium priced appliance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the look and wifi aspects of the Fridge. I love the ice/water from the outside. The senor water fill is great too. I have been drinking a lot more water because of it. Plus the freezer has so much more room and drawers than my old fridge. Love it.

Not as designed

Not sure about design of french door center flap. It constantly gets out of place and jams door open. Seen others with better design. The water filter does not last and is expensive to replace. Paid a lot for this refrigerator not happy with lack of design and engineering that went into thinking it through.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There are a few things about the refrigerator that I think could be improved: 1. The ice dispenser has a tendency to fling ice if your glass is not pressed up against the dispenser.
2. The little tray below the ice/water dispenser has a tendency to spot if not dried immediately.
3. The plastic that covered the refrigerator upon delivery is very difficult to get every piece off.
Yes, these are somewhat minor issues, but feedback for improvement is necessary.

Nice fridge with one issue

While I love the counter depth asthetic and the second drawer, the one thing that has be not giving fice stars is the ice machine. We are people that use a lot of ice and this thing is slower than molasses at releasing ice. I feel like im standing there for an eternity to get one cup full where as our previous GE fridge was much quicker. I know, first world problems but when you buy the entire appliance line that's nicer than the regular you kind of expect the machines to keep up.
