We love the look of this refrig however the doors and drawers do not close easily so I have left ajar until to door alarm chimes

Not happy with the ice dispenser if you don’t hold up a glass to the very top ice shoots out all over the floor!

However, we are sorry to hear about the ice dispenser shooting out ice. We recommend checking to see if the ice chute is clogged or backed up, this can cause the dispenser to disperse unevenly. If ice is blocking the chute, you can remove the ice bucket and poke it through with a wooden spoon.

Great looking, poor quality

I like the look of the product. Our entire kitchen is the Cafe line. The only reason I rated this low was due to all the quality issues we encountered with not only the original fridge, but both of the replacements too.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pretty fridge

It's a beautiful product and I love all of the features. We just had it installed and I hope it holds up over the years. The only issue we had was with the delivery, the product was damaged but we are in the process of getting ot resolved. Otherwise, the product itself is beautiful.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very nice refrigerator. Disappointed with the freezer. It has been frosting up & having ice build up. I know this is not normal. The product is not even a month old. We are waiting on your GE service man to come & check it out.

There are a few things about the refrigerator that I think could be improved: 1. The ice dispenser has a tendency to fling ice if your glass is not pressed up against the dispenser.
2. The little tray below the ice/water dispenser has a tendency to spot if not dried immediately.
3. The plastic that covered the refrigerator upon delivery is very difficult to get every piece off.
Yes, these are somewhat minor issues, but feedback for improvement is necessary.
