Great looking fridge

Fridge is still very new so durability is unknown, but the exterior and interior are great looking, capacity and storage options are good. The drawer in freezer is convenient but feels a little flimsy for the supposed highest end model. Our issue is the repeated Error message when using the automated water dispenser and it fails to fill the cup entirely. It’s very random and inconsistent - this is our biggest disappointment

This is replacing a 7 month old Zline that they could not fix for about 4 months ! Only have had this for about 2 weeks but so far love it !

Poor performance and no Support

Looks great, failed at the 1 year mark just a day before warranty expires, but GE likes to play games and manipulate the dates to get out of paying. 3 months dealing with them, 9 service calls, and now the unit is completely dead. DO NOT TRUST GE! Fridge itself is very poorly designed and has many fail points per the repairman. Save your money, don't be fooled!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Cafe refrigerator looks beautiful and works well. There are occasional errors with the auto fill on cups/water bottles, but not a huge problem. I feel that the quality of shelves/drawers is subpar for a top of the line refrigerator. I would have expected better closing drawers that are less flimsy.

Operates great so far. Great storage. Overall, very happy.
Potential improvements: Interior need mor lighting. Dark interior finish is nice but does not reflect light well. Iced dispenser is messy with some cubes missing cup/glass.
