Poor interior Quality Control

Interior plastic cladding shows scuffs from assembly/manufacturing. Based on the MSRP of the unit, all surfaces should have no imperfections.

It's okay.

Maybe I expected more from a high-end frig. I think I will like the configuration of four drawers, but it's taking some time to get used to it. It doesn't seem as roomy as what I've had in the past for similar sized appliances. The autofill water in the door is nice - it works most of the time and just have one water bottle that I have to watch (it would be nice if there was a way to cut it off if it overfills - just have to pull it away to make it stop and then mop up what spills). It also doesn't seem to cool the water from the door that much - only get one or two glasses of cold water before it becomes lukewarm.

Bottom freezer and french door refrigerators, such as this one, have a water reservoir coil in the fresh food section that cools 16 oz. of water. The water is chilled and stored until it is needed. Since the reservoir is in the fresh food section, the water will not be ice-cold.

Great features

I really love the refrigerator with the lighted interior, the water dispenser which has a sensor to fill my glass and tell me how many ounces of water I’m drinking. I like the drawer with the different options for use. Currently I’m using it for my vegetables that needs to be just in a cool place and a couple of wine bottles cooling there too.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's beautiful!

We love the color and overall look of the fridge! It was recently installed so we haven't had the total user experience yet. The biggest issues I have so far are the ease of scratches, short interior shelves (caused by how much room the ice maker takes up on the left hand door), and the wifi connection isn't working (on any of the wifi capable Cafe products we've purchased). We still like them, I just don't love them It may just be user error.

protected well in hard to remove plastic

The only issue we had was removing all the plastic wrap fro the gaskets around the door. It was very well protected
