Reliability Job One

Initially the sticker shock was surprising but never the quality of GE. My internet search for the “right” refrigerator from design, manufacturing excellence, repair/service history as well as aesthetics beat all other brands hands down! We are thoroughly enjoying the Café upgrade so much so we are considering purchasing matching cooktops, oven and dishwasher
I would recommend this to a friend!

FREEZES

Freezes since DAY 1. GE refuses to replace unit after several months of the problem and service calls.

Esthetic and Practical Fridge!

We love this fridge and think it is beautiful honestly! The details are great.
This sounds minor but our biggest complaint is the blue plastic wrap they use to protect it in shipping. It is stuck in literally all of the cracks with nowhere to grab onto after delivery team just tore the big pieces off. A detached protection option would be amazing

Not True Counter-depth. Otherwise nice features.

The CAFE platinum glass counter depth-fridge has nice features, but is not really counter-depth due to the fact that the door swing will hit the counter or cabinet side panels unless the fridge is pulled out by approximately 4" beyond the counter and side panels. The picture in the ad shows this model protruding only about an inch from tight side panels. This is not possible as the doors won't open. This is quite disappointing.
I would recommend this to a friend!
