This is replacing a 7 month old Zline that they could not fix for about 4 months ! Only have had this for about 2 weeks but so far love it !

Great looking fridge

Fridge is still very new so durability is unknown, but the exterior and interior are great looking, capacity and storage options are good. The drawer in freezer is convenient but feels a little flimsy for the supposed highest end model. Our issue is the repeated Error message when using the automated water dispenser and it fails to fill the cup entirely. It’s very random and inconsistent - this is our biggest disappointment

We just had this refrigerator installed 7 hours ago, but we’re already relatively familiar with it because one of our children has one; my husband has coveted it since he first opened the door. My husband is vision-impaired, and the lighting in this refrigerator makes it incredibly more convenient for him to find things - refrigerator-blindness aside. We justified getting it because our previous refrigerator was 30 cu ft, and gargantuan in our kitchen and rather big for two old farts. So, we gave it to another one of our children with a larger household. The counter depth fits much better.

Love how deep the door storage is. The choice of moving half a shelf for tall items is really good. The sensor water depenser is very nice. Great refrigerator.
