Drawer feature doesnt cool remains at 42 degrees no matter the setting. Direct result of poor quality control.

Just Ok

I would rate like a 3.5. Inside is beautiful and plenty enough space. I am not happy with the look of the ice/water dispenser. Does not hold much ice. Still have the protective paper in the edges. Can't get it off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with the look and function of the ice maker, and you are having some trouble removing the protective plastic on the edges. We're happy to provide some guidance.
The most effective way to remove adhesive left from film, packing tape, stickers, tags or labels on a new appliance and ensure no damage is done to the finish of the product is to apply one of the following:
- Household Liquid Dishwashing Detergent
- Mineral Oil
- Cooking Oil
- Goo Gone®
Apply any of these products using a soft, clean cloth and allow it to soak on the film, packing tape, sticker, tag or label. After soaking for a while, wipe it clean with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use a plastic pad or the equivalent on the appliance. Wipe the appliance dry and then apply polish to thoroughly clean and protect the surface.
Precautions:
- Do not allow the mineral oil, cooking oil, or Goo Gone® to come in contact with any plastic parts, especially the inner liner of a refrigerator. These items will destroy the plastic parts.
- Do not use Goo Gone® on stainless steel appliances unless you have tested it in an inconspicuous area first. In some cases, Goo Gone® can discolor or darken stainless steel.

Love it! LED Light Wall is a Game-Changer

It's only been a couple of weeks, but so far we are very happy with this fridge. All the features work great, it holds SO much, and the LED light wall at the back is a game-changer. Feels like there's a window behind the fridge and it's always a sunny day. The auto-fill feature is great; it isn't perfect - especially with clear glass - but it works pretty well. My only small gripe is that you can't set the exact temperature you want in the flexible-temperature drawer, you can only choose from pre-programmed categories. I want to store meat in the drawer, but the "meat" setting freezes things. There's no ability to adjust the temp up or down a degree or two, unfortunately. But again, that's just a small gripe. We are loving this fridge, and it looks great!

Very pleased so far

Had an issue with excessive noise, but GE sent out a tech who took care of it quickly and efficiently for free under warranty. Apparently it was just an issue with a tube vibrating against an access panel. Seems to be fine now. The grey interior and the light wall give it a nice high end feel. I like that the stainless steel exterior seems to be bare metal, not coated with plastic like some other manufacturers do, and yet it still resists fingerprints.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my second refrigerator a swap from my first one . The first one the freezer draw never completely closed the gasket around the draw kept coming off had service several times ice build up in freezer. It was replaced with another refrigerator this one I’m not happy with the water dispenser drips so I always have water residue on the base . When you open the French doors right in the center of the fridge there are scuff marks on the plastic which are very noticeable that will not come out. I have already had service for this and nothing has been resolved . I am so disappointed as I spent quite a bit of money on this refrigerator. What can be done to resolve my issues with this refrigerator.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're so happy with this refrigerator, the features of wifi for alerts, water measuring and ice selection are so helpful, along with the 2nd draw and extra shelf in freezer makes this refrigerator so useful.
