Every few weeks massive amounts of water leak from the bottom of the refrigerator.

We'd like to help with the leaking that you are noticing. We recommend checking the copper water line in the back of the refrigerator for any potential damage or tears. You can also check the plastic fill-line going from the water valve to the icemaker. It may be loose or split. If this appears to be the case, shut the water off and tighten the water valve. Love the easy to clean surface

Less than a month, but I love the easy to clean surface. Space inside is great. Love that it has two drawers in the frig area so I only have to open one side to access a drawer.

I love everything about this refrigerator, with one negative comment. When using the cubed ice maker, the ice shoots out in an uncontrollable manner, therefore onto the floor.
With that exception, it's a wonderful box!

I couldn’t believe my eyes when I spotted this Cafe counterdepth French door refrigerator with a drawer on an appliance website in July 2022. I had been looking for a refrigerator sized like this one, for a couple years to replace my 24 year old side by side refrigerator and ordered it immediately from our local appliance store. Seems silly to say but my prayers were answered when the refrigerator was delivered 5 months later! Even though it is a counterdepth model it holds as much food as my 25 c.f. side by side. The available space is used very well. The French doors allow good visibility and easy access to the food on the shelves and the shelves on the right door are deep enough to hold milk, butter and all our salad dressings and condiments. My favorite feature is the flex drawer. We are big yogurt and cheese people and the drawer holds it all and allows for easy access. The temperature of the flex drawer can be changed so that the drawer could hold beverages or meat. The freezer drawer holds a good amount of frozen food with its deep drawer and 2 sliding shelves, and the visibility is very good. Another excellent feature is the water dispenser. It can be lighted and it has a sensing mechanism which automatically fills a glass with filtered water. It dispenses both crushed and cubed ice. The ice is stored in the door and at this time (winter) the amount of ice that the dispenser makes/ holds appears adequate but the real test will be in the summer. All and all, I love everything about the style and function of this Cafe refrigerator. Thank you for designing and manufacturing this model!

Beautiful but noisy

I LOVE the look of this refrigerator and freezer… but after only 2 months it’s starting to make a squeaky noise that is worrying me. I hope this doesn’t develop into anything more serious. I checked out the reviews and

surprised by the quality

Having looked and not really tested it, we should have done more before buying. The doors are very light, they swing too easily out. The doors do not automatically shut. we leave it open at least once a day. I was told by vendor. That's what they do in the US.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features,streamlined design

We love the “Autofill” feature on the water dispenser and the backlit light inside the refrigerator and the adjustable temperature drawer. Quietest refrigerator we’ve ever owned too
