I’m not sure of what to do with this, a Café fridge shouldn’t look like this.

The fridge does not work.

Never install an appliance on a Friday. If it does not work you are stuck all weekend thinking about it. The freezer works the middle drawer works but the fridge part never got to temperature. Checked with two thermometers and it never got to 37F. It is holding at 40F after two days.

Squeaky freezer door bad ice maker and more issues

Bad ice dispenser that shoots ice all over the floor. squeaky freezer door. And warm drinking water from
Water dispenser I would not buy this product hinges are bent and airport appliance will not fix so. Or buy from them they are a Terrible company

Stunning refrigerator, terrible packaging!

Everything about this refrigerator is stunning except the packaging process. When the refrigerator was manufactured, the plastic they wrap around the unit is tucked in every trim piece. I'm sure if you take apart the unit piece by piece the plastic will come off clean, but I purchased the unit assembled and its covered in this terrible green plastic that I cannot remove. Either I figure out how to disassemble the unit to remove the plastic or take a razor blade to each and every trim piece.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This refrigerator does have some great features.

This is my second refrigerator a swap from my first one . The first one the freezer draw never completely closed the gasket around the draw kept coming off had service several times ice build up in freezer. It was replaced with another refrigerator this one I’m not happy with the water dispenser drips so I always have water residue on the base . When you open the French doors right in the center of the fridge there are scuff marks on the plastic which are very noticeable that will not come out. I have already had service for this and nothing has been resolved . I am so disappointed as I spent quite a bit of money on this refrigerator. What can be done to resolve my issues with this refrigerator.

Quality issues

I have a kitchen full of Cafe appliances and Im not very impressed with the quality of these appliances, especially for the price. The refrigerator is very nice to look at and the light wall is cool. But what's the value of nice features if there are malfunctions and build quality issues? I've already had this refrigerator repaired once and Im seriously doubting the longevity of the appliance. My first issue is with the ice maker flapper door. The ice maker flapper opens and shuts every time you use the freezer drawer. Tech support told me they all do that... Yeah right, It's a malfunction. The only reason the ice maker door should open is when you put a cup under it and push the pressure switch. It should have nothing to do with a drawer opening. Also the drain for the defrost behind the light wall was blocked with foam insulation causing water to pool inside the refrigerator. We had to clean the water up with a sponge and a bucket every few days. Luckily the repair guy was able to clear the drain.

The model delivered was different that what was on the showroom floor. Often have to open and close all the doors before I can select to dispense ice. The ice door sticks. Takes two hands to open. I have to open the ice door to get ice because it wont dispense ice.
