Pretty but terrible

This is the worst fridge. The water flow is so slow. I’ve is building on the bottom of the freezer and the doors and drawers are so hard to close. When they place is possible to get off completely. I’ve had it for over a month and I wish we could return it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We’d like to help with the water flow from your unit’s dispenser as well as the ice buildup in your freezer. We recommend ensuring that the cradle on the dispenser is held down for 2 to 3 minutes to allow the reservoir to fill completely. You can find additional information in the following article:

Regarding the ice buildup in your unit, please check to ensure there are no food packages, baskets, shelves, or bins preventing the door or drawer from closing fully. Also, keep in mind that placing warm or uncovered food in the freezer can cause temporary frost or ice crystal buildup.

Beautiful design. Lots of capabilities for a counter depth. Love the drawer that can be used as part of the freeze or fridge. Freezer has a lot of capacity with three levels

Beautiful but faulty

We had our first fridge arrive in March 2025, within about 4 weeks it was consistently giving errors that the freezer door was open when it was not. The warranty did cover the repair, however, it was deemed as unrepairable. Our new fridge arrived a few weeks ago and I am crossing my fingers this doesn't happen again with this same model and I am wishing I had picked the other model.
Overall though working with the warranty team was great, they all did a great job to get us re-setup.

Stylish fridge with great features

We like our new refridgerator. It has a great look inside and out. We purchased two additional products from this line to coordinate. We like the third section with customizable temperature for beverages (or whatever you want). I deducted a star because I wish the ice dispenser was a little cleaner with whole size cubes. We often end up with cubes on the floor and the cubes are almost as small crushed ice. Sometimes the autofill feature for water dispensing doesn't fill a cup fully, so we still have to push the button to release more water. Minor inconvenience.
