I could not get the scanner to connect with my desktop computer. I could not get satisfactory help from Brother.

Initially I had problem downloading all necessary softwares and some I downloaded twice and it did not work but I deleted all of them and reloaded as required and it worked fine after that. I am converting all my paper documents digitally and storing on my MAC and it is vary easy to categorize them. It is vary fast and gives me options to rotate image if needed and delete certain pages which are useless. I have not tried to store anything in the cloud so do not know how well it do that is why I gave it 4 star but other wise to me it deserves 5 star rating.

I say this mainly because it makes scanning a document so much easier and the quality is fantastic. I would highly recommend this device especially if you scan papers a lot and if you want your important documents scanned and stored electronically on your computer or device.

Amazing Quality

With this scanner I am able to do so and have the scanned item show up clearly and in color. The touch screen is very nice and is easy to use. I would recommend this product to anyone who uses a scanner often.

This Brother scanner allowed me to do that and my important documents. The setup was incredibly easy and I love the wireless feature. It's a compact size perfect fit for my home office.

Fast Scanner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really happy with this scanner. The scanner is much faster than I am used to for scanning documents. I had about 20 documents I loaded and they were all done in under a minute. The quality of the scans are really nice. The scanner can scan both sides of the document which makes it nice and easy. The set up was really quick and easy. I love that it is wireless so it is convenient to set up anywhere. Overall I am very happy with the set up, quality, and performance. This is a great scanner and I would recommend to anyone.
