I can't tell you how many times I have dropped my phone (on concrete, rocks, on corners, etc) and it's still as good as new. These are great if you have kids that always want your phone. I won't ever use anything other than an Otterbox!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, what a nice heavy duty case. Being in construction, I appreciate a phone case that works as hard as I do. Thankfully haven’t dropped it yet, but know if I do my phone is protected by Otterbox. Lightweight too and not too bulky to easily still fit in my pocket if needed. Can’t go wrong with the black either as it will hide dirt and grime.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I always get one of these every time I get a new phone. It has three pieces and protects my phone really well. It has a belt clip piece but I don't have any need for that. It does make the phone bulky, but i think it's worth it for the protection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this thing is very heavy and tough feeling as it is advertised. It already survived one misshaped dropped phone in my driveway. I won't continually test it but I would reccomend to anyone who is as clumsy with their phone as I am

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Otter Box cases has been long standing for quite some time. They do a fantastic job protecting and securing your phone from the earthly elements. The only thing I would say is that it’s a little bulky to wear on the hip, inside the clip.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had numerous OB products, and they always stand up to their hype, and this case is no exception. I like the defender series because it can take a beating and keep your phone safe, all while allowing you to use the features (camera, volume buttons, etc.) without extra effort. I've dropped my new phone a few times, and I never cringe when I look down, because I know it will be just fine when it's in this case.

You're not wrong to expect the Defender Series slipcover to stay securely around the lid/base assembly for a lot longer than two weeks, and we're sorry that yours is struggling so.
