[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I was worried this case was too clunky or something but I’m actually going to love it. I love the rubberized element to it that keeps my phone from sliding everywhere. I love how it’s raised to move to where it covers my camera lenses so they’re not exposed. I love knowing that when I drop it I feel secure than nothing will happen. I also added a glass screen protector in my photos amazing. I really love this brand

Left phone on roof of my car, the first week the Otter box was on my new phone. It flew off the roof when we were doing around 45 mph. Luckily my husband saw “ something pinkish” in review mirror. We found it by the busy roadside , unharmed. My phone works fine too!

Piece of garbage

I have used the defender series for a number of years (since iPhone 6). I had never had a problem. I work outside and this series always protected the phone. I couldn’t count the number of time I had dropped it and never had an issue. I upgraded to the iPhone 14 and of course I bought a defender case. Big mistake. It is half the case it used to be. My wife has the commuter series and it is feels like the same thing. Nowhere near as strong as it was. So today I dropped it for the first time and the screen is now cracked. Don’t waste you money on this piece of garbage if you think it will protect your phone. Never again will I buy one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So sorry to hear the Defender Series Pro case for your iPhone 14 wasn't quite what you were expecting. We're constantly working to improve our cases with each new release, so although this case may seem thinner in comparison to a case you had in the past, we've thoroughly drop tested and confirmed this Defender Series Pro case offers a DROP+ rating 4X the military standard (MIL-STD-810G 516.6).
With that said, while we design our cases to minimize the risk of damage, there are variables that can influence the outcome of any drop or fall that we're unable to prevent. We can't extend our warranty to the device itself, as we aren't the manufacturer. We'd be more than happy to help with a brand new case though. I’ve had the defender before. Bought a new iPhone 14 was hard to fine but once I found I purchased there is none better I had a Pelican and a OB wanna ne before I found this one. Simply the best, not the cheapest, but the absolute BEST!!

Not the same OtterBox

I am/was a firm believer in only using Otterbox,, 2 days ago, my iPhone fell out of my pocket, in a defender case, less than 2 feet, dropped straight down and landed right on the backside,,, entire back of phone was shattered!! Front screen was untouched,,, but the back that was covered by the defender case,, shattered! So disappointed!!

Great protection and sleekness without slipping!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I got a iPhone 14, like most I went to a big box store to get a case (for now case). Nothing compares to OtterBox though. It was smooth and thin, worried me everyday that I’d drop my new phone and break it. Been using Otterbox for quite a long time now. Won’t make the mistake again. I’ll be ordering an OtterBox case before I order my next phone. As it should be, new iPhone will go for the box straight to an OtterBox case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We all should know the OTTERBOX name by now. What do you think of when you head this brand…..safe, protection, strong, high quality?!? Welp, that’s what you get with this case. It fits perfectly and has a great texture to it. It’s a grippy rubber feeling, not hard slick plastic. Good edge protection to save your screen from a drop. I’m not a big fan of the belt clip, so I just don’t utilize it. If you’re on the fence, just get it!!!!
