Doesn't work well

Doesn't reach 900 degrees and tricky to ignite and keep lit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It will keep the oven at 850, but it will not get to 900 degrees even in 98 degree outdoor temps. I still can cook a good neapolitan pizza. Also, the knob and ignite function is a little tricky and takes some getting used to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The heat distribution could possibly be a little bit better, but it’s certainly very useful the way that it is. This burner is indispensable as part of the Ooni system. I highly recommend the gas burner, especially for new users.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love using the gas option!! We have just entered the Ooni world of making pizza and we couldn’t be happier! It’s nice to heat the oven up outside especially since the summers have been very hot! We’ve been very happy with how long the propane gas tank lasts.
