Perfect for weeknight pizza! This makes heating the oven far faster and easier. Wood fired is great when you have time, but this makes the Karu the best of both worlds! I can't imagine having the oven without it, honestly. If you're buying the Karu, it's well worth the extra money.

The design is great and the instructions were very helpful and once I got it set up and the thermocouple tweaked based on the instructions it’s been smooth sailing

Goes out often

I don’t think I wrote a review but I’m not happy right now. I’m on my second burner because Ooni sent me another burner that was suppose to maintain a flame. It doesn’t. I make a pizza and while I’m making my next pizza the flame goes out and the over drops 500F. I don’t know how it’s getting good reviews. I’d love to have a burner that turned off when I turn it off. It’s garbage.

The burner would not stay

The burner would not stay lit. It would ignite run for a short while and then shut off.
