We've tried the gas burner attachment twice now. The first time, it worked great! Heated up in 25 min! The second time, however, we couldn't get the power up. The flame was small and we could only get the oven up to 450. We tried all the "trouble shooting" tips and still no luck . We love the convenience of the gas burner and find this very discouraging. Help!

The first one did not work the second one lasted almost a year and I guess we will see on the 3rd one.

The one that came with the oven never worked the replacement worked for about a year and now I am hoping they will send me another one to try. When they work they are great but so far I can't get one that works for very long.

Shut itself off several times

20 mins into heating up

20 mins into heating up the oven the flame went out 3 times at different times. It wasn’t too windy and was a brand new gas tank.

Stopped igniting after second use

The electronic igniter stopped working after the second use. I can still use the burner but have to use a lighter to ignite it. Very disappointed. For what they charged for the mechanism it should still be properly functioning.
