Has been great except occasionally

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Has been great except occasionally when I step away while I’m enjoying my freshly baked pizza I’ll come back to find it has extinguished, I’ll turn it down while on standby so I know I’m not reaching overtemp conditions.

Inconsistent & Frustrating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My review is in agreement with the hundreds of similar comments found on reddit and other social media, forums, etc. The has burner is extremely fickle and rarely lights easily, if at all, despite the piezo being in proper position and clean. Furthermore, even when the gas burner is lit, it will intermittently and consistently go out, despite very little wind. All instructions and FAQ’s have been followed properly. Both of these issues are documented and well known in the Ooni user community. I just use a long lighter to start and restart the flame now. It’s not worth sending back to Ooni since users have noted the same issue over and over again with replacements. This appears to be most likely a design issue.

Terrible support

However, when I had a problem with the thermometer and tried to reach Ooni, several times, there was no response.

The gas burner works great,

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gas burner works great, it is way faster to heat up the oven and the stone. You will not get the great flavor of the wood introduced into your pizza but if your feeding a large group in a short amount of time it is the most efficient method.

Gas burner flames out

The gas burner reaches around 600 and flames out. I have tried troubleshooting i.e leaving front and rear open for air flow, holding knob for 5 seconds and releasing it. Super frustrating. I have only been able to cook on it twice and cant get the temp above 900. Only good thing is that its "easy" to ignite. Just wish it would stay lit.

Easy to use, consistent, but not enough heat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Maybe it's because I use the letter box style door, but I can't get my Ooni to get over 750F , it was 85F ambient and still couldn't seem to get it hot enough. If I had known that, I wouldn't have purchased the letter box door. I've yet to try the gas burner with out this door
