Keeps shutting off

The burner will randomly shut off, this is my third burner, all of them have had this problem. Ooni told me the problem was fixed on the latest unit they sent, but I'm still seeing the same problem.

Stopped working after less than a 1 year

It's pretty frustrating that this product cost good money and the quality is not the best. I did all the trouble shooting and it does not work still. I have to throw away my pizza since they weren't cooking.

Too many hiccups

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vent doesn’t twist on. Vent doesn’t close. I invested a lot of money to have these problems. Although your team has been extremely helpful and new parts were sent but I can’t get underneath to get screws out to replace vent. Kinda took the fun out of the whole idea of nuying

Gas burner not working properly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gas burner keeps on shutting off without any apparent reason. I try and troubleshoot the issue with no success. After a disastrous Father’s Day celebration and a lot of pizza products wasted I returned my Karu16 and the burner. I learned that this is an ongoing issue with this product.
