New burner

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new one stays on but the flame does t come as far as the old one used to come. As a result the temp never gets above 700 degrees.
The old one - the flame would come further and was much hotter. Once got too hot it would turn off in the middle of cooking pizza. It felt like the limit switch would kick in. To solve the issue - we kept the temp control closer to medium or low if we wanted the burner to stay on longer.
The new one solved the problem by lowering the heat in the burner. This is my observation only.

This worked 3x, after that you have to use a match and even then it goes out randomly.

Worked 3x, I wish I used it more often when i bought it so i could return it. Makes the entire experience suck of using my pizza oven.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The burner is working as it should however this is the second replacement due to the original and 1st replacement flaming out. I had it checked by the Ooni team prior to shipment and I should have had that done with the 1st replacement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The burner doesn’t lit up easily, you should lit up with yourself. And the oven not good as well, the temperature goes down as soon as you put the pizza inside.
