Using the gas burner on the Karu 16

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Outstanding! Any questions about using gas to get the oven hot enough are totally answered from the first time I turned it on and it reached 950 degrees!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it, just sometimes it turn off by itself and if i'm not around the oven temp drops quickly. And I wish it would have a better way do manage the flame, because the gas knob is behind the oven and it will be cool to have ir closer to the front where you can see the falme better to adjust it,

Unclear directions cause an ER visit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had an incident where the oven was not lighting and so, per the instructions, I held a match using the match holder, but then a bunch of standing gas exploded, hurling gas at my face. DO NOT USE THE MATCH HOLDER. I ended up going to the ER and it took weeks to recover. If your having issues with under system, better to just shut it off and call someone for help. The manual trouble shooting needs to clear this up.

Good temperature control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The gas burner allowed for better temperature control for a beginner pizza maker. Homes where I live are really close together and using the gas burner reduces the smoke that is made with wood.
