Have only been able to use it once so far. I’ve been out of town. Looking forward to using it this week a couple of times.
It worked pretty fast, Got up to temperature quickly and cooked pizza just right!!

When it hits around 800 degrees it turns off. 😓
Otherwise it's great. Looks like it is made with good quality parts. And when it doesn't turn itself off it works great.

I like the ability to dial down the flame a bit when the pizza is in the oven and not having to deal with the clean up associated with burning wood. However, it can be difficult to light even when carefully following instructions.

Our first burner never worked. After many attempts, we contacted Ooni and was sent a replacement. The replacement worked perfectly from the start. We are very impressed with Ooni Customer Service!!

The gas burner NEVER worked correctly from the first time using it. The flame would not light with the ignitor. I had to use a lighter. Now when I use the ignitor the flame will not stay on when I release the button.

Doesn't work, even for first-use

From the very first time I've used this, which was brand new, out of box, it fails to reach higher temperatures because it auto-shuts off due to a safety built-in feature. In the instruction manual, it suggest to adjust it; however does not give instruction sufficient enough to make those adjustments yourself. I really wish they would send a replacement, but do not give directions enough to even do that. This is such a bummer.
