- I can’t really play with the power of the gaz, it’s all or nothing no real control.

Great accessory to have

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This accessory is a great addition to our Ooni 16 Karu.
It is easy to attach and gets the oven very hot quickly.
It also helps to keep the temperature where you want it for the type of cooking you are doing(pizza vs steak) which has been harder for us to do using wood and charcoal. So while we learn how to make the perfect fire, we enjoy the convince that this burner gives us now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For how much I paid for this thing it should work out of the box. This thing goes out on me constantly. I've had it just randomly go out on me on almost all but two bakes out of probably 20+ in the course of two months. It's gone out during preheat multiple times, sometimes right at the tail end of the bake, there seems to be no rhyme or reason to it. I've replaced my propane tank multiple times and gone through all sorts of troubleshooting. To Oonis credit, there is a fairly comprehensive troubleshooting guide, but there's lots of steps to get through and they want you to walk through all of it as well as shooting video of it before any returns. It's a lot to work through to return something that was objectively an expensive add on.
