Gas control is too touchy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The propane gas control dial is too touchy - It should be re-designed so that the flame adjusts over a larger range of the dial. I'd be willing to buy a re-designed gas control.

Easy to install and work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install and work with. However it does not heat to the advertised 500 degrees C. It maxes out at 435 (ambient), which still delivers good pizza. Speed is slower too, no way the oven is ready in 15 minutes, at least with the Dutch regulator and gas. On low it even goes out, so maybe the regulator gives too low pressure? I’ve used two large canisters of which one new so far. Overall I would buy it again, because it’s do user friendly when you have a pizza party.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prefer charcoal and woodburning that said, it’s much harder to manage lower temperatures and impossible to quickly drop the temperature up the down while keeping the stone hot this swear to gas is key

Great way to get our

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great way to get our feet wet with the new pizza oven, didn’t have to worry about wood/charcoal and instead concern ourselves with cooking of the pizza. We want to (obviously) get to the point where we’re cooking with wood/charcoal but this was a great way to ease us into the new world of Ooni.
