It's obvious We've put quite a bit of thought into this 2nd generation of its pellet grill series. I've used pellet grills for around a decade, but I've never seen one with this level of craftsmanship. Like all other Weber products, it's just on a different level entirely. Honestly, as much as I LOVE this grill, there is one flaw that caused me to rate it 4 instead of 5 stars. Between the firebox, fan system, and ash collection system, something needs to be reworked, as ash blows around the grill, both during low and slow cooks, as well as high heat cooks. It's only noticeable on certain types of food, but it must be on everything, as the grates, both top and bottom, are covered. That being said, the food always comes out incredible, from a 20 hour smoked butt to an incredible bone in ribeye grilled at 600 degrees. Did I mention I love this grill? I even built a gazebo for it that my kids say looks like an art studio. I guess that's fitting, as this Weber makes works of art.
Keeps flooding the fire box When I activate smoke boost
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
