Exactly what I needed!

I have a 3 story townhouse with a rooftop deck. I wanted a pellet grill that would allow me to control it remotely, keeping me from making many trips up to the roof. Not to mention the pellet grill keeps me from having to lug propane up 3 flights! It holds temp very well. All around I’m happy. Only thing I would say otherwise is, I wish the app was more robust and didn’t keep resetting in the background. But a very minor issue, that I am sure Weber will evolve on.

I've had the Stealth for two weeks and am really enjoying it. I have only had a chance to use it as a grill and not smoker, but am pleased with it after a half dozen times of using it.

This is my 1st pellet smoker bbq combo and I'm impressed by its performance. This replaced my 13 year old genesis gas grill and WOW.
Grills food amazingly and I'm on my second smoke already. The only down fall for the Smokefire Stealth is the plastic light lens turns yellow from all the smoke. I can't clean it. Other than that it's a great product and I look forward to many more cooks.

Huge Weber fan and when I saw the Smokefire when I started my pellet grill search, I was drawn to the Stealth, even at the hefty price tag. I was able to put this together solo; my only complaint is an insert used to attach one of the handles on the smoker had a stripped nut. I was torn whether to request a replacement part but the second screw held firm so it wasn’t a big deal overall.
Love the “black out” look, the addition of the light, and the capacity of this grill. I’ve smoked about five times so far and the end product has been great. I’ve only used the top shelf to smoke a few briskets, pork butt, and ribs and used trays on the main shelf to catch any drippings from falling down into the bottom of the grill. The grill creates quit a bit of ash and I’ve made an effort to clean the smoker twice so far. Super easy to clean, but I haven’t allowed the drippings to make a mess, which was a cause for the flame issues of past models. Will have to see how things go once the honeymoon is over and I start getting messy. Overall very happy with how this smokes!
What I am bummed about. 1) temperature is not even from left to right; right side runs hotter. Not sure why as the burner is dead center. 2). Temperature spikes quite a bit if opening the smoker (for example to spray a brisket). Once opened and the temperature drops, it seems the smoker gets lost trying to bring itself back to temp and generally over compensates and goes pretty far beyond the set temp. This wasn’t a problem when I smoked a brisket and didn’t open it at all. 3) the pellet box needs a redesign; it is not steep enough as I’ve had pellets above the auger feed fine, but created a crater where the pellets on the far side didn’t slide down. Received a low pellet error but there was still plenty in the box, just didn’t slide down. Adding pellets puts you right in the line of fire of the smoke exhausts. 4). The light was awesome, until I smoked some meat. The light cover has itself become “stealth” as it is basically black and emits a dull, orange light. Safe to say it is worthless after my five smokes. 5) the grate could be better, heavier quality. They work fine, but feel a bit thin and flimsy, especially the top, removable shelf.
Aside from the “bummers”, I’m happy with this as my first smoker. The build quality is solid and it just looks great and it’s smoked some awesome meats thus far, which is its main purpose!

I would love to give a perfect rating, My only complaint is that the top cooking rack does not fit this grill. It fell off twice during cooking so far. I cannot use top rack.
