I’m able to adjust temperatures, shut the grill down, and even follow in app grilling recipes. The grill is easy to clean with the dust and grease pans. The only criticism have is that this seems to burn up pellets pretty fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this grill. It is super easy to use. You don't have to have prior grilling experience. You light it with a push of a button, set the temperature, set the temperature on the probe so you know when your meat it done, and it does the rest of the work. The app is awesome and lets you know when the meat is done or if you need to add more pellets to the bin. The bin is easy to fill and it protects the remaining pellets so that they don't get wet or messed up in the weather. I highly recommend this grill to friends and family and we have really enjoyed all of the meat and vegetables that we have grilled on it.

Poor packaging and grill has scratched and dents on it before putting it together. For the amount I paid for this grill should not be getting a damage item.

No pellet grill can outsmoke a SmokeFire

Recently purchased another SmokeFIre, got the EPX6 model. Have had over a dozen pellet grills, including a few of these in the past and all the gravity type grills too, I'm back to this Weber. It's not perfect, but no other pellet grill can match the smoke volume, the perfectness of that smoke and the flavor as a result of that. Seriously, this thing puts the flavor in your food. Assembly was like a swiss watch, all perfect and I did it alone in under an hour. Highly recommend.

For the money i would have expected the machine to be quite a bit more heavy duty. The light is a non useable addition. After using the grill four times the light is barely visible do to the discoloration of the lens. The machine has caught fire twice now. I assumed the pellet feeder was feeding to much. But what i’ve found is the bottom of the drum collects quite a bit of debris and grease from the flavorizer bars open arrangement. I am trying to get used to it, but not ready to stop using the other pellet smoker i have. Don’t get me wrong….I love Weber products, just haven’t fell in love with this one quite yet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Grill works great, but it does need improvements

Really like this grill a lot. I’ve had it for about a month now and have 6 smokes on it. A few minor things I would change, but the grill itself works awesome. As far as the pellet hopper box, being located in the back of the grill is not very convenient and makes it hard to access it when the grill is up against a wall (or close to). Also, the flavorizer bars don’t seem to sit very well inside of the grill. I’m not sure why it was designed this way, as the bars easily fall off their supports with any kind of movement of the grill. The grill is designed with wheels, so clearly they flavorizer bars should be able to stay in place if you move it. Lastly, the other major competing pellet smoker on the market offers drip pans etc, which makes cleaning and maintaining the grill much easier. Weber should consider offering similar products. It’s a hassle to clean this grill and I can see how this grill can be more easily susceptible to grease flare ups, etc. I bought this grill, because of the Weber reputation and my good experience with the brand. Make these improvements and I can see a bigger market share for Weber in its future.

So far it has been a great experience. I have only done a few hamburgers, chicken breast, and pork chops so far to get a feel for the smoker. The food has turned out nice a juicy. The only issue I have had is the WebConnect working each time on my phone. Easy to use and gets to temperature much quicker than I expected. I did buy extra probes so I know my food is cooked to the right temperature.
