Purchased Jul - 2023. 1st time owning a pellet grill and a weber and one at this price level- so was pretty excited - got a nice cover for it and some weather proof bins for the pellets. Worked great for the 1st 5 mos then started to have some heating issues. Fire would go out in the middle of grilling and had to do a shut down and try again. This happened several times - then the unit experience some short and would not even turn on. I reach out to weber support and supplied my receipt as they asked - we went back and forth for weeks as they asked me to send pictures of dif parts and ask me stupid questions like "What error code are you seeing" after I explained I am getting no power on - then they asked me to become a grill tech and dismantle nearly every part of the grill and try to find the short? I am no tech and they should of sent one to troubleshoot this high-end grill under warranty - then they wanted to send me all of the electric components and have me replace all the internals myself but one of the parts would be on back-order for who knows how long - I had enough and reached out to the store who was shocked they wanted me to do all of that myself and told me to bring it back and they would take better care of me. Really disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this thing is a BEAST. My favorite part is that it fits the Weber crafted accessories. I always have the need to smoke sauce in a Dutch oven, or stir veggies in a wok but didn’t have room. Now I can do both, all while being super stealth.

Not what you would expect from Weber. The grill is flawed in several areas. Grease management is the worst heavy every use maintenance required. I have request a refund which is in progress. If you have ever owned a good pellet grill you will know this is not it. I will give credit on the look 10 out 10 function however 2 out 10. Weber really missed the mark as of now I’m sure they will get it revised down the road.

Poor Quality Control

I believe this could a excellent product. However, I purchased my Weber Smokefire EPX6 Grill about a month ago. The Glowplug will not align up properly with the Pellet Grate to ignite the Wood Pellets. This Weber Grill has not functioned at all since it was delivered about a month ago.

Was amazing for about a week. Then the power failed completely. Now the grill will not turn on and blows a fuse everytime I try to start it.
