Gets all the good stuff out from under the blades but it’s cumbersome. I also wonder how long it will last since avoiding bumping into the blades is impossible.

I’m so glad I decided to purchase this scraper, it’s the best thing out there… I don’t know how many rubber spatulas or scrapers I have ruined as the blades cut them when you’re trying to scrape anything out of the blender, I highly recommend this scraper you will not be disappointed, the absolute best.

Better than expected but still not perfect. The handle is rigid and it seems the base / scraper part will last a while (i'm not sure how the other reviewers scratched theirs up so much) but I wish the scraper was shaped to better fit the curves and cuts of the Ascent series. Disappointed on that part, but still more fun to use (and a little easier to wash) than my normal spatulas!

Works okay on thicker blends. For thinner blends the other spatula would be better suited but this one is still needed to get under blades.

I have had VitaMix machine, in one configuration or another, since the late 70's! The first one had the metal canister with a spigot on the side of it. My current VitaMix was purchased in around 97' which makes this one over 20 years old and it is still going strong. After all those years it was a problem getting the remains of anything, except liquid, out of the bottom of the mixing container. Not any more! The Blade Scraper is the easiest to use device to help clear what is left on the bottom and off the blades.

My wife uses her Vitamix to do tons of different things one of which is to make nut butters. She recently used the Under Blade Scraper for almond butter and she got it almost all out! It is amazing because the almond butter is so sticky. She also likes that she doesn't have to use her nice Pampered Chef spatulas anymore and get them all cut up. This tool feels like amazing Vitamix quality.
