I haven’t used it yet in my Vitamix yet as I don’t make butters that often but used it to clean bottles! I tend to use my dry container more often as I grind my own spices and flour. The blade scraper is more for the sticky contents in the wet grinder. Waiting to buy the smaller wet container.

I bought this from a product review I saw on YouTube and they said if there was ONE accessory to buy, it would be the Under Blade Scraper. I wasn't really sure if I was ever even going to use this since I was planning on just making smoothies. Well we decided to make a few things recently that needed to be scraped out and I was definitely happy I had this in the drawer ready to use. I realized it was one of those things you won't know when you need it, but will be really glad that you have it when you do end up in that situation.
