Love love love!

I love this scraper! When you make smoothies or any food using your blender, it's hard to get the bottom out of the container. Well, you don't have to worry when using vitamix with this scraper. This scraper is designed to fit perfectly into every corner and angle inside the container. I once blended it together with my vitamix, and the end tip got a bit torn..😅 it's still usable, but I got the extra one just in case! I usually get extras for the kitchen gadgets that I really like, and this is one of them :)

Good on corners, not so much under blades

I often make dips in my Vitamix, and thicker dips are harder to remove than soups, smoothies, chopped vegetables, and others. The Under Blade Scraper sounded like the perfect solution. However, it still takes effort to get the food under the blade, and the blades scratch the scraper. The scraper does a good job on the sides and the corners. I usually end up not using the scraper, but just adding a little water and having a savory drink.

This thing is a huge time and food saver! Gets all the sticky stuff from under the blades and is contoured to scrape the sides of the blender canister. AND it's dishwasher safe!

Good invention

The best way to get food from the bottom of the pitcher is to add more liquid and rinse it out. That that isn't always possible or useful. This helps scrape stuff out. More typically designed spatulas are better to get most of a thick blend out, then this one goes in to scrape the bottom of the pitcher. Not as magical as I hoped but maybe the best we can hope for.

A helpful addition to my Vitamix, especially when I make stuff like hummus. It's sturdy and easy to use. It wouldn't scrape everything perfectly but does good enough.

I shudder to think of all the blended ingredients that have gone down the drain with soapy dishwater throughout all the years that people have been using blenders without an Under Blade

You may read reviews from people who state that their scraper wasn’t invincible against their Vitamix blender blade, but, as when cleaning anything with a sharp blade, care should be taken to protect fingers, hands, and any product you may be using to clean the blade. When using this scraper, take care not to clean the sharp edge of the blades. Gently scrape the underside and the topside of the blades, as well as the inner sides of the blending container itself.
I love my Vitamix Under Blade Scraper! It’s definitely a long-overdue invention!
