As with all hand tools, be it kitchen tools, or workshop tools, there is a learning curve as to how to use this tool correctly. Once you understand what the scraper is designed to do, that is remove food stuff from a hard to reach area effortlessly, you will find that the scraper becomes an extension of your fingertip. I have been wanting to buy this blade scraper for a while. I am happy I finally did. I often make sauces and nut butter and find it a struggle to get everything out from under the blades. (It's impossible without this tool!). Now that I have the blade scrapper I am able to get under those blades and scrape out much more which means less wasted sauces and nut butter.

I don’t notice a huge difference between this and a flexible spatula. I honestly find myself reaching for a cheapo spatula over the blade scraper. I don’t dislike it, I just don’t think it’s necessary.
