My Vitamix is 30 years old and working just fine. I love my Vitamix and I use it mostly every day. The only problem I ever had is food getting stuck under the blade and not being able to get to it since you don't take it apart to clean. The under blade scraper is the perfect tool for this. It has made my life so much easier. Now I don't have to waste any food.
