I ordered this blade scraper at the same time as my Vitamix, but it got very lost in the mail somewhere. Within a few days of contacting customer service, they had a new one on its way to me, which was very appreciated!
The scraper itself works very well for getting the most out of the recipes in the 64 oz low profile container. I haven't used it with other containers yet.

Bought this to scrap under blades (obviously) and also, due to shape of the blade, is great for cleaning the sides of the container which I consider to be an added bonus, especially when making nut butter. Use it frequently.

Works wonderfully if you have common sense. Unfortunately that does not seem to be a trend amongst people who expect the world at the press of a button. It's resists the edges of the blades unlike pretty much any spatula you might try. Leaves the bottom of your container bare.

we bought the under blade scraper when we got our vitamix and it is great. I've made peanut butter and cashew cheese sauces and the scraper gets more of the sauce out of the vitamix to the point that I don't worry about clean up
