Perfect Scraper

I questioned whether this scraper was really necessary when I bought my Vitamix blender over a year ago. It is so worth it. It fits into every nook and cranny of the blender and I never waste a drop!

Not quite as useful as expected

First, I had to buy this twice. The first one was decimated when I tried to use it to scrap the sides of the jug while blending and reached down a little too far. That was my mistake, and on the upside, a testament to the power of Vitamix blenders because this thing is pretty sturdy thick rubber! On the downside, when using this after blending, in the traditional jug, it did not clear out as much under the blades as I hoped and it's not especially efficient at scraping the sides of the jug as compared to a flexible rubber scrapper. It doesn't really work with the Aer Disc jug at all.

Its very handy for getting nearly a nearly perfectly clean container. It is especially helpful with thick nut butters frozen yogurt or ice cream mixes.
