Sturdy construction, bit fiddly under the blades

Like most people making nut butters or hummus, you always have some stuck on the bottom under the blades; you can get most of it out with a small scraper. This helps get most of your product out from under the blades, but I've found that you need to use another scraping tool to get the said nut butter or hummus off the under blade scraper.
It's well constructed and won't mar the plastic but it is a bit fiddly getting it in the blades and removing some product.
