EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Copperhead 3 Vertical Smoker. Followed all instructions to the letter. Error messages the first time we tried to use it. Followed repair instructions and it worked once after that. Next time it completely stopped working three hours into smoking an expensive brisket. Error message again. Not dealing with having to be my own repair man on a new, rather pricey smoker. So far it’s been a complete piece of junk. We will see how it goes with the warranty claim. As of now we are extremely disappointed.

It's not working the way it's intended; it will not heat up pass 130 degrees.

I've only used it twice so far but. I am very happy with it. I made 4 dozen wings on a cool fall night and the came out awesome.

A little difficult to put together, but I was able to manage by myself. When I first started it up, it was overheating and not stopping at the desired temperature, after a couple hours I tried again and it works great. I would recommend the smoker.
