I have smoked a dozen times or so then the control board went out. Pit Boss Support was great they sent the parts I needed. I hope it keeps on smokin. I smoke meats and make my own Andoullie sausage. The smoker works great.

I’ve had this smoker now for three years this December and it changed my life. My wife says it saved our marriage. I can’t believe how much I enjoy using it and experimenting with new stuff. The glass door is amazing. You can watch the magic happen right in front of your eyes only one or two little problems and pit boss stepped right up and got me the new stuff that I needed right away. She’s still going strong cooking three slabs right now get you one you won’t regret it.

Bought it 5 years ago and use it every weekend. Only problem i have had was i bought cheep pellets and they swelled up in the auger. Wont make that mistake again. My opinion is best ---- smoker made

I would like to say this smoker is amazing. The volume of food you can cook is amazing and the amount of pellets its holds is awesome. I know it’s not meant to be used for commercial purposes and was told my warranty would be voided for obvious reasons due to how much I used it this summer but it did the job for my 6 month season flawlessly. Just an absolute beast. I bought more smokers for next season as my business has grown. Go get one today, you will not be disappointed. A++++++

Love this Smoker

I’ve only had this smoker for 5 days, I’ve smoked Ribs, jalapeño poppers, stuffed mushrooms, and today smoked some cheese. This pellet smoker is awesome. I’ve been smoking meat for 30 plus years, I can lock in the temp and leave. The water lasts a long time, no charcoal, propane and no mess. Everything has came out awesome. Best value for the buck. I can’t explain how user friendly this unit is. Thanks Pitt Boss.

I have used my Series 3 every weekend for the past 8 months, the only problem I've had was that the control board face plate warped & the internal temp. probe failed these were promptly replaced at no charge. As for temp. swings my smoker stays close to set temp with an occasional swing of +/- 10-20 degrees when more pellets are fed through, better than my stick burner. This smoker produces a good amount of smoke as you can see by the smoke ring in the picture of the last brisket I smoked. To accommodate a larger brisket or a full rack of ribs I made a riser rack out of a cheap rack to lift the middle of the meat & gained an extra 4" of rack space without having to trim or cut the meat, you can use 2 & get even more space. To be one the safe side I also drain pellets after each cook to prevent jams. All in all the Series 3 is a great smoker (will be upgrading to the Series 5 soon) excellent customer service, if you haven't yet do yourself a righteous & buy one.

Going on my third year with my Series 3

I'm going on my third summer now with my Series 3 smoker. I live in Upstate New York, and because this is double walled, I can use it year round. I use my series 3 regularly, it's only a few times a week, that I'm not using it. I've baked, roasted, and smoked all kinds of dishes in my smoker. All sorts of meats and vegetables, lots of frittatas, and other concoctions of meat and egg pies, it's a very versatile, and reliable unit. I've recommended Pit Boss products to lots of people, friends, friends of friends. Everybody that's bought one has been extremely happy. I couldn't be happier.

Bought this baby 6 years ago and never had a single problem. Last Thanksgiving i smoked 4 turkeys and 2 hams.
