Not happy with the design of this smoker,inaccurate chamber reading, very hot in the middle and not evenly distributed causing uneven cooks and burnt meat as well as not able to set temperature manually to preferred cooking temp. For example of I want to set temp to 275 on smoker or app it's not possible. I have to raise to 350 due to inaccurate reading meanwhile having my own probe sitting on grate just to have it hover around 275 then drop temperature down to 250 to even out them raise once again throughout a cook on a brisket. Your design team needs to bring this design back to the drawing board and reconfigure burn pot design to deflect direct heat to center of grill and provide better shielding around internal temperature probe to give better heat reading. Also an update to the firmware which can allow you to set the temperature you want manually.
