My wife surprised me with this grill, she's done slot of research of her own to find the perfect one and I love it. She also put it together by the time I arrived home from work. Our first meal was hamburger's and chicken using Pit Boss Hickory pellets, turned out juicy and delicious. Definitely recommend a pit boss for your purchase.

So far, I am loving my new grill. It's a little different mindset to adjust from conventional charcoal but take it slow and you will catch on!
I have made ribs, low and slow, hot dogs (really good quality), burgers, chicken three ways, smoked cream cheese (yes! Look it up on YouTube!), Smoked hot peppers to can/dehydrate, naan pizzas, and today, wings for the first time.

I bought this about 2 months ago i love it but my wife is a little bit shorter than me and when the lid is open its hard to grab the handle without burning herself
