Had my back fused once. It was suggested after another fall and back fractured but not having that second time. Ordered the Compression tank and it really helped my back. Ordered my second one so I can wear all the time. Can I sleep in this?

I am so very pleased with the fit of this support tank. It goes all the way down past your lower back for even more support. I even fell asleep in it with no bad results. I am so comfortable in it and I truly recommend it to all women.

I bought 2, 1 in white ,1 in beige. - like you do bras sorta. I'll need black & gray soon!
Bit difficult to get on/off especially if you have arm or shoulder pain but worth every second of the pulling & yanking needed to get it in place.
I slept in it once . Yep, my bra included.
I woke with my back having that "cared-for" feeling. Not sure that's recommended on an every-night basis.........
