The tank works well at providing support for my lower back and lessening the pain when walking. But for use by women in summer, it's problematic. The back is so high and the straps so wide that it shows under the neckline of almost every shirt I own.

Ordered another, this time in Burgundy, supports my back when going through my regular daily activities. I wear it as a tank and as an under layer in cooler weather. Really like the lower edge band that keeps it from riding up.

Love them (bought 3). Also purchased a pair of shorts with the back support also very good. They have helped me a great deal. I’m 78 years old and the support they give me has let me be more active without tiring so fast.

This shirt does help with pain while working in the yard. The reason for the 4 star is that the stitches are somewhat uncomfortable, no problem, I will wear it inside out. Problem solved
