It does offer support that is helpful. My back, however is extremely week and I wouldn't expect it to support it as much as it needs. I do wear it and as I said it does help.

Unwearable

I checked the size chart. I measured myself, and ordered the Size Small, which corresponded with what the size chart advised. I was not surprised, since I usually take a S or even XS. These tank tops arrived, and they were so small and tight I couldn’t even get them over my head. They’re going back, but I called Tommie Copper to get advice on sizing so I could order properly-fitting replacements. After sitting on hold for 5-10 minutes, I got a recording telling me that they couldn’t take my call. I don’t need these things that badly...I’m through.
