I have worn this tank a couple of times now, and while it is clearly doing "something"," it's not giving me a complete "ahhhhh" sense of relief. That may be due to the nature of my problem, which reviewers are not allowed to comment on herein. I did wake up with stiff muscles the morning after first use -- maybe I wore it too long? The stiffness went away quickly, though. Also, I will add that I am 5'10" tall, about 140 lbs., with broad shoulders. Although the fit guide said I should order a medium size, I went for the large because of my shoulders and am very glad I did. Even so, the underarm area is tight.

I have many lower back issues. I wore the Tommie Copper lower back support tank while doing household chores. Normally it would take all day to get things done. I would have to take frequent breaks with major back pain when i stood up to go back to what i was doing. With wearing the shirt just once while doing these chores...got em done in 6 hours with two short breaks! My only complaint is that the compression is so good, it smashes my chest a bit (i am very large chested). Other than that, excellent shirt. I hope in the future you have a wider choice of colors!

I am 68 and love to take long walks, I have had 3 knee operations and arthritis in my knees and back. I wear Tommie Cooper knee braces and this shirt does help alleviate some pain in my back when I walk.

o purchased this tank probably 1 month ago. It came quickly and fits me well. I really like it and feel it is very helpful. My back doesn't hurt nearly as much with it on. But i find it to be very hot. As summer approaches, i won't be able to wear it very much.
